The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a citation to a nonprofit that provides support to adults with special needs and proposed $11,641 in penalties after investigators found the company failed to provide a safe workplace for its employees. An OSHA investigation found that Billings, Montana-based Resource, Support & Development Inc. employees suffered head, neck and torso injuries after being assaulted by residents with histories of violent behavior.
