Police investigate shooting death

It happened shortly after 8 p.m. A press statement said an officer found a suspicious car in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart at 5990 Dahlia St. The officer found the driver who was alone in the vehicle had been shot. An ambulance took the man to an area hospital, where he died.
