A 30-year-old Lorain man has been arrested and charged with aggravated murder following the death of his girlfriend's son back in November. Police arrived at a Concord Ave. home on Nov. 17 and found 2-year-old Brandon Williams II with second degree burns on roughly 45 percent of his body.
