A small but bipartisan group of Minnesota lawmakers on Thursday proposed increasing the statewide age to buy tobacco from 18 to 21, after several Minnesota cities independently raised the smoking age in the last year. 4 arrested after drug bust on central Minn. reservation

WHITE EARTH, Minn.-Four people were arrested after a months-long investigation into heroin trafficking on the White Earth Reservation in northwest Minn., authorities said Thursday, Feb. 22. According to a release from White Earth Police, the four were arrested after search warrants were executed in the village of White Earth and the city of Mahnomen.
