Manslaughter charges have been filed against two men in connection with the May 5 assault of Steven "Beaver" Hlinsky of Forada, the Douglas County Attorney's Office announced Friday, May 18. Troy Nathan Traut, 33, of Alexandria, and Jacob Elmo Larson, 33, of Kensington, are in custody, and each have been charged with one count of first-degree manslaughter and two counts of fifth-degree assault in connection with the death of Hlinsky, the news release said.
