∗The CTL Fees are Non-Telecom Services Surcharge, Long Distance Line Charge, Facility Relocation Cost Recovery Fee, Property Tax Recovery Fee, Federal Regulatory Recovery Fee, Administrative Expense Fee, and Texas Recovery Surcharge (where applicable). Customer speed experiences will vary, particularly when accessing the Internet wirelessly from various devices. Download speeds are via a wired connection. Internet speeds are not guaranteed due to conditions outside of network control, including customer location, devices, equipment, and access through a wired or wireless connection; see www.centurylink.com/InternetPolicy for more information.

Rate is available to new, business customers, requires a 24-month-term commitment and enrollment in CenturyLink AutoPay and electronic billing service within a timely manner to be eligible for rate (customer will not receive monthly discount if ebill is not activated or is cancelled). Customers who terminate their Internet service, prior to their specified term commitment end date, will be assessed an early termination fee, up to $400, prorated by the number of months remaining in their term commitment. CenturyLink provided modem may be required for Internet; lease (up to $15/mo. fee) or a one-time purchase option (up to $200) is available (S&H applies). Self-installation, if available at customer’s location, may be selected or a professional technician installation fee (up to $60) will apply, if selected by customer or is required due to network technology at customer location. Depending on your location, promotional discounts may not apply to first partial month of service. Requires credit approval and deposit may be required. Customer must remain in good standing and offer terminates if customer changes their account in any manner. Offer may not be combined with other offers. Other than promotional rates, plans with monthly rates that don’t change, and monthly rates offered with a term commitment, your monthly rates for services, leased equipment, fees, or surcharges are not guaranteed and may increase during the time of your service. Additional restrictions apply. CenturyLink may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area, at its sole discretion without notice. Customers must accept High-Speed Internet Subscriber Agreement or Business-Class High-Speed Internet terms and conditions, as applicable. Traditional Phone: Monthly Recurring Charge (“MRC”) applies to CenturyLink Business customers who subscribe to a qualifying Business Internet plan (up to 10 lines) for direct-dial local and nationwide voice calling, designated calling features and unlimited nationwide long-distance service, including all U.S. territories and possessions; excludes data and facsimile services (including dial-up Internet connections), conference lines, directory and operator assistance, chat lines, pay-per-call, calling card use. Restrictions on number of local and long-distance packages/plans per account apply. Customer may subscribe to a maximum of ten (10) lines per location; additional MRC will apply to each subscriber seat. Usage may be monitored, and customer may be required to show compliance if usage exceeds 3,000 minutes/mo. or non-compliance indicated. International calling billed separately. Protected Internet: If your modem includes the Protected Internet feature, it should begin working within 72 hours of activating as long as you fully install it and leave it plugged in. Altering modem settings may disable Protected Internet, as will Internet connection issues. If you are unsure whether Protected Internet is working, contact us.
AutoPay and E-bill
Pure Business Internet and CenturyLink Business Bundle customers must enroll in CenturyLink Autopay (monthly automatic bill pay on account) and E-Bill (paperless billing service) within the specified promotional timeframe to be eligible for the advertised Internet or bundle rate.
