A 26-year-old bicyclist was killed Monday morning when he hit a tractor-trailer on Route 30 in Lancaster County, police said. East Lampeter Township police responded to the crash around 5:29 a.m. in the 2800 block fo Lincoln Highway East, where bicyclist Alimber Rios, 26, had hit the tractor trailer.

Fifth suspect arrested in 3-day kidnapping

Lancaster Police have identified and arrested a fifth man believed to be involved in a kidnapping that lasted three days. Police said Nicholas Anthony Pottorff, 29, helped Jordan Yost and four others with the kidnapping and assault of man who voluntarily met with Yost.

U.S. Marshals arrested a York man wanted for strangulation and other offenses, including parole violation, according to a press release issued by U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane. Police searching for man wanted for kidnapping that lasted three days

COLUMBIA, Pa - Three people are in jail and another is still wanted in connection with the kidnapping, assault, and robbery of a man in Lancaster County.
