Idaho State Police has identified the driver of a Dodge pickup that went into the Clearwater River at mile post 17 on U.S. Highway 12 Wednesday. In their news release Sunday, ISP said at about 7:24 p.m. Wednesday a white 2006 Dodge pickup lost control on US 12. Witnesses saw the vehicle enter the river and begin to float downstream.
