A jury trial has been scheduled for the man accused of stealing a car in Lakewood and robbing several businesses in South Jeffco last December. Edward Roy Barron, 31, was arrested Dec. 10 after he reportedly carjacked a 27-year-old Lakewood man around 4 a.m. Dec. 9. Barron is set to return to court in November for a status conference and motions hearing before his Jan. 3 jury trial start date.
