It began as a routine traffic stop Wednesday, November 21. "At about 11 am our officer spotted a car with a registration sticker violation on South Center Street," said Marshalltown Police Department Captain Brian Batterson. The officer then found out the driver, Timothy Kluck of Marshalltown, had a suspended license and his passenger April Stanley had an outstanding warrant but something more serious unraveled.

Drivers identifed in Saturday night crash west of Toledo

The drivers of a pickup truck and passenger car which collided at U.S. 30 Expressway and K Avenue, the main entrance to the Meskwaki Casino Hotel were transported to UnityPoint Health, Marshalltown, Saturday night by Toledo ambulances.
