James Stidd, convicted of killing missing woman Gail Doyle, to be sentenced in July

During that hearing, Judge Carol Murphy could take into consideration something the jury decided after they found Stidd guilty on all charges, including second-degree murder. Stidd was convicted Thursday afternoon, but the jury had to go back to work to .consider two aggravating factors: Was Stidd deliberately cruel to the victim? And did he show an egregious lack of remorse?
