Before three people were shot outside a St. Paul bar over the weekend, police were called to a report of a woman trying to run people over with a vehicle, police said Monday. As officers responded, they received an update: Multiple gunshots were reported in the area of Willard's Liquors at Thomas Avenue and Grotto Street.
