A Walmart shopper has filed a $1.65 million lawsuit, claiming he suffered a concussion and a compressed spine after an artificial Christmas tree dropped onto his head while he was shopping at the Springfield store. Brad Pierce's lawsuit says he was waiting in a checkout line at the Walmart Supercenter at 2659 Olympic St. when an employee on a ladder was moving the Christmas tree, lost control of it and dropped it on him.
